International Customer Support Day (ICSD) is held annually on the third Wednesday in May to recognize the hard work and dedication of customer support professionals globally.

How It Was Established

Microsoft and its support partners came together to establish ‘Support Day’ in 2019. Thousands of agents participated so the tradition has been escalated to an official international day!
